WISPDOCK / PRE-LAUNCH

Service Level Agreement

DRAFT - pending legal review. Wispdock has not published a contractual uptime target or service credit scheme. Ordering is not open, and this draft must not be read as an availability guarantee.

DRAFT - pending legal review. This document is not a final contract or service commitment.

What the final SLA will cover

The final agreement must identify eligible hosting services, the responsible provider [LEGAL ENTITY - TBD], and the point at which coverage starts. Control panels, game processes, network access and third-party services may need separate definitions; these are not yet finalized.

Availability measurement

Availability target: [UPTIME TARGET - TBD]. Measurement method: [MEASUREMENT METHOD - TBD]. Reporting period: [REPORTING PERIOD - TBD]. No percentage is promised here. A public status page alone does not establish contractual availability.

Maintenance and exclusions

Maintenance notice periods, planned work, customer configuration problems, unsupported modifications and external service failures need clear treatment in the final SLA. The applicable exclusions and notification method are [MAINTENANCE AND EXCLUSIONS - TBD].

Incidents and support

If something fails, send the affected service, approximate time, error message and recent changes through the support channel. Response targets and escalation coverage are [SUPPORT TARGETS - TBD]. Avoid repeated restarts that erase useful logs, and never include account passwords.

Credits and claims

Credit eligibility, claim deadlines, evidence requirements and calculation rules are [SERVICE CREDIT RULES - TBD]. No automatic refund or credit is offered by this draft. Review the final SLA and Terms of Service before purchasing.
