WISPDOCK / PRE-LAUNCH
Minecraft Bedrock server hosting
Keep a shared world available without relying on one friend to host the session. Wispdock is preparing Bedrock hosting alongside Java; ordering is not open yet.
Make sure your devices can connect
Bedrock Edition is separate from Java Edition. External server entry is available on some Bedrock platforms, while consoles can restrict adding custom servers. Check the connection options on every device before committing to a setup.
Match the client and server versions
Bedrock updates can affect compatibility. Record the versions used by your group and keep a world backup before updating. Java modpacks do not run on a Bedrock Dedicated Server.
Choose a launch plan
Published monthly plans start at 2GB for $7 and 4GB for $13. Larger plans are $24 for 8GB, $34 for 12GB and $44 for 16GB. The first month is 30% off. Share world size and play style so we can discuss a sensible starting point.
Protect a shared world
Use an allowlist for a private server, limit administrator access and keep a separate world copy before changing settings or add-ons. Confirm add-on compatibility with the chosen Bedrock server version.
Questions before you start
Can Java players join a Bedrock server?
Java and Bedrock are different editions. Do not assume they can share a server; discuss the editions and any proposed cross-play software before setup.
Are Bedrock servers available now?
Wispdock is in pre-launch. Contact us with the devices your group uses and the world you want to host.
